Further to Shackdaddy's excellent FAQ:

If you are scared of doing this sort of thing, download and install GFI mail essentials from gfi.com. It is a trial version but after the trial ends, the anti spam and the disclaimer continue to work (intentionally).

Fill in the details and away you go. Very simple to use software.
