Hi Guys, can you help me?

Using the same thread, i´m trying to understand a big problem in my client.

So technically i have 11 Licenses off Teleworker for then to use Avaya Softphone IPOffice_Softphone_Win32_3.2.3.49_68975.

They log, OK.. they can receive calls OK.. but when MORE then 2 try to make calls, the softphone return "FAILED TO ESTABLISH A CALL".

So if, everyone one is logged out, with my notebook i log one test a call OK, logout, log another one, test a call OK, everyone one works.

The strange thing happens when more than 2 log at the same time..

This is normally LAN without a firewall, router.. nothing in the middle, just the switch and the IP OFFFICE 9.1 with licenses..

This IP Office was an 8.0 upgrade.

Error10: The SoftPhone looks like it is logged normally, and receive calls, but cant make it. "FAILED TO ESTABLISH A CALL".

Softphone is not supported in 9.1 - you should be using Communicator.
