XML Feed question

I manage a small niche IT job board for a specific city and was approached by a larger job board to integrate our job postings into their site and any candidate who sees the job posting on their site would be directed to mine and I need to supply them an XML feed so they can ping the site once per day to check for new jobs to upload.
Currently have no revenue generated from the site and it's free for IT job seekers and employers in this specific area therefore I don't have a software dev on hand to answer my questions so here I am.
The site is in Coldfusion on a SQL Server DB.

You need to create a page on your site that returns XML in the format required by the job site. This is the same as producing an RSS feed (although the format of the XML is different).
