Hello all,

We have a customer with a 2000IPS and a ISDN30 PRI
When i call a DID 0123456700 number from my office it first wil show the dialed number but when it connects is shows for instance 0123456789 but what i would like to see the DID number or an other number like their main office number 0123456777.
Is it possilbe to change this?

Greetzzz...Bas

More info please? Your description is very confusing.
Are you talking about the number you see in your Dterm display when you make a call or when you recieve a call?
Or are you talking about the CPN (Calling Party Number) that the PBX sends to the network when you make a call?

I'm talking about CPN, when i get connected from my mobile to a DDI number a the 2000IPS.

That's still vague Do you mean the number shown on the display of the Dterm when you call from your mobile, or the number shown on your mobile when you call from an extension on the 2000IPS. You have to remember that the carrier is mainly in control of these features and even if the 2000IPS is programmed to send the correct CND (or CLID or whatever the terminology is in your part of the world) the carrier's settings can and will override what is set in the system.

When i call a DID from my mobile, it displays the number i've dialed but when i get connected it wil change to the main number from my carrier. Not what's on the display of the Dterm but on my mobile.

Ummm... that sounds like an address book issue in your mobile phone, more than an NEC issue.

I know, for example, that I have two entries in my cell phone for home (since it imported my outlook address book), and even though I choose "Home", once it connects, it instead shows my name.

The telephone company doesn't "feed back" a number that you dialed; it really sounds like a mobile phone issue. If I dial a number that's not in my address book, that's the number that it shows connected to on my cell phone. If the number *IS* in my address book, it will show the first name/number that matched.

Meanwhile, if I dial my cell phone FROM my NEC 2000 system, it shows up as the main number on my cell phone. It doesn't show my direct DID number (2328), instead it shows the main number (2274). That's because when the phone grabs a channel on the T, the routing is done internally. As far as the phone company is concerned, it's just a channel in use. The phone company has no idea what actual phone that is coming from, or the corresponding DID for that phone.
