Word 2003 Page Breaks don't break.

A student sends his papers in Word 2003 and none of the page breaks take effect. All I see is a dotted line across the paper (the words Page Break are embedded in the line). The header, he claims to have added, do not display either.

No other student's papers have the same problem, nor do any of mine when I manually insert a break or header.

Any ideas out there?

Did you PRINT the document? I think not.

The document is being VIEWED in "Normal" rather than "Page Break" mode.

But my question is, why does it even matter if there are page breaks or not, if you are VIEWING the document, unless this is some sort of MS Word features exersize?
