Windows networking across VPN

Have 2 tz180's one Enhanced and one standard with 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.1.1 as networks on the lans, IP works fine but Windows networking (netbios) does not. Have checked box to pass on vpn interfaces and created rules to pass all trafic to the best of my knowledge But still no go. Is this supposed to work or am I wasteing my time?
