HI All,
I have recently bought a Seagate 3T external hard drive so that I can run a backup of my Windows 7 64 bit Home computer. However, I keep getting an I/O error 0x8078002A. I have been trying to search to find out what is wrong. Some suggestions included doing a chkdsk on the drive - I have done this to both my C drive and the external hard drive but I still get this error. I have been searching to try and find a solution to no avail. Does anyone know what I can do to make this work? Your assistance will be gratefully accepted. Debful
