Win98 utility for Win2000 1

Can someone please send me the utility that allows dos, win98 etc programs to be used in Win2000. It's in the resource kit CD on the Win2000 CD but mine is scratched beyond reapir. That'll teach me to not put 2CD's in the same drive. Please!!! My address is oli.roe@gmx.net
