Why is EWT not working? 1

I cant write them, and can only read a little lol

This is not working to give us the EWT recording, its like its not in the script, but the recordings themsleves are fine on MM.

It appears that the clause that invokes the EWT treatment is commented out:

Also the section Expected_wait_time is also commented out. Everything between /* and */ is assumed to be a comment by SCCS/CCMS and is not acted upon.
