who is allowed to ask questions

is this just a forum for professional people? I wanted help learning what was wrong with my css sheet but this looks like a professional discussion forum, not just for asking normal questions. Please help!

The attitude around here is pretty much: "professional is as professional does." If your attitude is professional and you ask reasonable questions, we don't usually question your "professionalism".

A hint first: if you think your question is pretty easy, it's probably been answered already. Do a search in the forum to see if you can find the answer.

Another hint: There is a FAQ in the FAQs section that gives some tips on posting good questions to get good answers. Read it.

TT does not, however, encourage students to ask for help with assignments. They take the view that such behaviour is cheating, and will seek to ban those it catches.
