who are active / inactive users ?

Hi,

I have got cca 200 cognos users.
I think, lot of users is inactive and they dont use the cognos applications at all.

How could I see who is the active user?
Can I create any report (or any other output file) who are
log in in the last 3 month and who are not login in the last time to the cognos.

Any idea?

Not knowing what version you are using, there are auditing capabilities in IWR and PPES. You could combine these logs to identify who is using which products.

I believe Upfront auditing was added in Series 7 with one of the maintenance releases.
