which PBX Logger 1

Hi,

I have been asked to look at alternatives to our current PBX logger (Tiger).

Using Google I have found "Advanced PBX Logger" from aggsoft.com .

Has anyone used this, or does anyone have other recommnedations.

Avaya uses eCAS as a DevConnect partner. It prices around $2500 for a 250 user system but is web enabled and works well. Trisys Telecom also has a product called Tapit which is fairly common but does not do cradle to grave as easily as eCAS does. However, Trisys also has a dirt cheap recording package add-in that may be of interest.
