Where can I find some info on error codes? Help

I'm looking for the following E1145 and E1051. I was trying to backup two server to a tape and I received the above error codes. Does anyone know why? One backup was suppose to start at 1am and the other at 6:30am. Does Arcserve have a knowledgebase?

Yes, I went there and it's asking for user/pw. I don't have one. Is there a knowledgebase like novell/microsoft? I'm just seeing the lastest info, news, patches info.
