When will the caveats site on the KB updated? 1

The caveats is out dated at the moment.
With 2 months there should be a Q2 release but there is no fix for Q2 or even Q3 for 2012 on the caveats site.

What is going on at Avaya?

first two patches for two maintenance releases ,where in the "old" days those maintenance release where available as trial which does not happen anymore.

Now i see that caveats site is not updated anymore.

This is not the way for staying a good product with proper communications when and where a fix is planned.

I have stopped checking it for that very reason Peter, more and more fixes appear without ever showing in caveats, so it's a pointless exercise as you are in the same position either checking or not checking :)

What is the use of that site then?
It was very helpful in the past but if it is not updated frequently then there is no use for it.
I prefer having it updated once in a while but i guess Avaya rather has 20 people putting useless information on twitter then bug information for the people who install it.

The Caveats site is currently undergoing maintenance as we transition to a different system for tracking customer issues. The current information on this page is therefore out of date. We hope to be able to provide this service again in the near future.

Sorry but I'm now required to say that at the start of all communication of any kind. Just saying hello to people in the office has become a real drag these days. :)

The whole IP Office team has in the last year been migrating from their old tracking system (Clearquest) to JIRA. That has affected just about everything they do - including obviously exporting Caveats data as there isn't an exact one to one match between the fields of the two systems and the filters that would identify records that need to be in the caveats.

All I can say is that as soon as they can export a test file, I will be restructing the page to read and display that file.

And i see you have done some nice work :)

I have a little comment on some entries in the caveats:

1: 20065 IP412 System Restart every 5 days - Memory leak 6.1.22 CE 7x SP 2Q2012 Not Required

Funny because 7.0 is IP500 only so there cannot be fix in 7.0 for a 412.
Also 6.1 is not supported anymore so there won't be a maintenance release.
Or will there be one?

2: 8933 406v2 System Restart - related to forward or mobility settings 6.1.22 CE 7x SP 2Q2012 Not Required
