What could cause MOH port to change while in queue?

13:22:13 conf/tran hold station 54478 cid 0xc0d
13:23:15 hear moh port 03B04001
13:23:15 active announcement 54434 cid 0xc77
13:23:15 hear moh port 03B04003

03B04001 in for TN 2
03B04003 is for TN 3
I have checked the TN on announcement port and vdn and neither is a 3.
What other factors could cause this type of change causing callers to hear wrong MOH?
Doesn't happen to all calls on VDN.

If you look at the cid number, you'll find that you're looking at two different calls.
