Weird SIP Issue 1

Hi There, We have a IP500 V2 on V11 in the office, just put some SIP trunks on and got them working no problem. However have noticed a weird issue, we have a mixture of 16XX, 14xx hand sets and J179 handsets. If i set the incoming SIP trunk to be answered by the 16xx handsets and i then blind transfer to a J179 we get no speech, however if i receive a call on the 16xx series and then call the j179 and announce the transfer it works fine. If i blind transfer or announce transfer to a 14xx digital it works either way,

Any one any ideas?

I would upgrade to R11.0.4 SP1. There is a note in the tech bulletin under resolved field issues.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

You can test if that's the ossue by setting a call up with no audio, then putting it on hold. When you take the call off hold again the audio should return.
