Can WebPro be utilized to do ALL programming for a Sl1100 instead of using PC Pro?
I ask because I'm networking my customers systems so I can do remote programming, if needed, and I'd rather not have to ask the customer permission to install PC Pro on their computers if I don't have to do so, and I'm curious about the functionality of WebPro for programming the system from scratch.

Thanks.

Yes, however if you want to get a back up of your database you will need to use PCPro.

Thank you.

You need PC Pro for adding IP Phones and Mobile Extensions. The programming can be done through Web Pro, but the initial assigning the extension as an IP Phone or Mobile Extension (done through filter options) has to be done through PC Pro.

Thanks

Hi, I came across a job today with a SL1100, it has a LAN port (10-12-01=>192.168.2.240, 10-12-02=>255.255.255.0, 10-12-03=> 10.236.139.31) as well as a VoIP port (10-12-09=> 10.236.139.32 10-12-10=> 255.255.255.248), the 192.168.2.240 is connected to the local LAN with all computers in the office, while the 10.236.139.32 is connected to a Service Provider's special VoIP Box. The problems is: I can not connect to PcPro or WebPro, but I can ping 192.168.2.240 okay. Please help.
