I'm trying to post ads to craigslist with the webbrowser control on a VFP8 form. The problem is that some of their field names contain hyphens and the field names are random. I've been able to determine the field names and store that to a variable.

Code:
lcVar="U2FsdXi7zNc6fzDiYHSJQCOt21hVLWm9HBeaVf1XwLmNNna6TW2"
lcCmd="THISFORM.oBrowser.DOCUMENT.ALL."+lcVar+".VALUE = 2"
&lcCMD && works

lcVar="U2-19ki7zNc6fzDiYHSJQCOt21hVLWm9HBeaVf1XwLmNNna6TW2"
lcCmd="THISFORM.oBrowser.DOCUMENT.ALL."+lcVar+".VALUE = 2"
&lcCMD && syntax error

Any suggestions on working around this ?

TIA

I'm taking a guess. The macro substitution is seeing the hypen and interpreting it as a minus, thus the error. I see the minus sign as a problem in a field name. Could you let us know how you retireved the field name. Perhaps, how you retrieve the field name will show a way to set values to the field.
