VTAM code required on MICS

This msg keeps popping up on a refurbished MICS with 7.1. Google found me this

but I can't find anything to do with Nortel.
Anyone else run into this?

The MICS is the brain.

Unless you mean UTAM shows up on the display on one of the sets?
Do they have Companion?

Sorry, message keeps showing on the display of the m7324 reception set every time there is a power cycle.
It can be cleared, and doesn't seem to adversely affect the system, but it is a nuisance to the customer.
No, they don't have companion.

You have XC software so that UTAM alarm will pop up every time the systems reboots. No way to get rid of it other than to assign the alarm set to another extension or none at all.

Sounds like they have power issues, get them on a UPS battery backup.
