is there a voip adapter out there that has extreme temp abilitys, i.e. outside in a metal box in the middle of winter, i.e. something that will go in the negative temp range and still work,
thanks in advance

one end is "normal" inside a building, the other is out at a security gate, (outside, subject to temp varation in the summer 80-95 degree, in winter, below zero) for in between i was thinking a 3com building to building bridge,
for the normal end it would plug into a lucent partner phone system, as a loop start line (older then dirt but still works) I want to be getting something that works when it is -10 degrees, as I know when when you get outside the temp range "werid" things start to happen and I don't want to go out there when it is -10 degrees

thanks for the input everyone,
at the moment I am "leaning" toward getting a Nema 4X box for outside, from Hoffman Electric and putting in a small electric heater within the box to maintain a good "ambiant" temp and then I could use some "off the shelf" stuff like what Valcom makes I wanted to keep the same kind of phone as they have 3 other stations that are doing the same thing, they just don't need to call anyone from those locations, as the phone is tied into a security gate,
