voicemail to email 6.1

i just upgraded from 5.0 to 6.1

IP500 6.1.12
VMPRO 6.1.17

voicemail to email is not working anymore. is there anything else i need to do besides fill in the info in control panel...ip office voicemail pro?

i could normaly see the voicemail being sent to email on the voicemail pro server service log, but now i dont see it sending to email. should i see it trying to be sent to email with the new 6.1.17 software?

is the VM Pro set to use SMTP or Mapi?

if Mapi, change it to SMTp by setting everything in control pannel & also the voicemail pro client (F9)
