We've recently noticed that, on occasion, when one specific internal user leaves a voicemail to another internal user, the voicemail is recorded in ContactStore and no voicemail is sent to destination. It's almost as if Contactstore wrongly picks up the voicemail from the VRL folder. I'm still doing research on the issue to see if anyone else is affected.
Here is the current setup. One IP500 is located here with VMPro and ContactStore on the same server in colo. The caller is in our branch office in another city, alone in the office, with his own IP500 with SCN, sharing the same VMPro and ContactStore. He is setup with no voicemail and all his calls are recorded, in and out, internal and external.
What we hear when we listen to the recordings on ContactStore is the recipient's complete voicemail greeting and then the caller's message. No voicemail is ever sent to the recipient, whether on their phone or through email. There doesn't seem to be any common denominator between the recipients setup.
IP500 is at 8.0.46 and ContactStore at csipo-7_8sp1_16.
I hope this is not too confusing. I can provide more details if needed.
Thanks
