I have an ACS R7 with partner messaging and have set upa hunt group for the sales department hunting ext 10,11,12.
The first question is: Is there a way to assign the order in which the extensions are rang?
Second question: How do I set up messaging to go to a voicemail box for this hunt group if all lines are busy/unanswered?
