Voicemail Clipping Voicemail Pro

I have a high spec server 2GB ram xeon processer, and AV is not scanning any voicemail directories or process. Server only runs voicemail, and looking at perfermance is not breaking a sweat.

However some voicemail miss the first second of the call. These are mainly on a custom voicemail listen action, i.e have a generical action with a prompt going to a listen action.

Any ideas?

are you running early 4.1? i think 4.1(12) or (15) fixed that issue.
