VM Pro Locking up

Anyone have experience with VM Pro locking up and having to reboot the computer to restart it? I have a customer who is having this issue happen too often especially because their calls go straight to AA. So, when the vm locks up, callers get a busy signal.

The Events log on the computer show error 7031, VM Pro Services Terminated Unexpectedly.

Is this a software issue? they are running on R2.0 (16).
 
This might be obvious, but is the licence valid and the dongle active?
If not the VM Pro will work for 2 hours then shut down
 
The license is valid, it is only happening about once a month or so, but because there calls go to AA first, if it happens at night and nobody is around to reboot, no calls can come in until the morning. I'm trying to figure out if it an issue with their computer and operating system or if it might be a voicemail pro software issue.
 
I would suspect a problem with the customers pc.
I have not had problems with VM Pro crashing since V1.0 - which was a dog

as a temp fix you could sett the fall back extension in the incomming call route to ensure thet the call does get answered if VM fails
