Anyone have experience with VM Pro locking up and having to reboot the computer to restart it? I have a customer who is having this issue happen too often especially because their calls go straight to AA. So, when the vm locks up, callers get a busy signal.
The Events log on the computer show error 7031, VM Pro Services Terminated Unexpectedly.
Is this a software issue? they are running on R2.0 (16).
