I have a customer that I just enable the DTMF option on their users so clients can press 0 when they get to a user's voicemail so they can be transfer back to the main hunt group. The issue is that when they press 0, they hear "extension 2500" which is the main hunt group extension. Is there a way to configure VM Pro to say something else instead of the extension number of the hunt group? I was told that changes when you switch VM pro from intuity to IP Office, but I dont know how much that's going to affect the client.
