VM Pro Intuity mode b 1

I have a customer that I just enable the DTMF option on their users so clients can press 0 when they get to a user's voicemail so they can be transfer back to the main hunt group. The issue is that when they press 0, they hear "extension 2500" which is the main hunt group extension. Is there a way to configure VM Pro to say something else instead of the extension number of the hunt group? I was told that changes when you switch VM pro from intuity to IP Office, but I dont know how much that's going to affect the client.

and you have recorded the hunt group name in the company directory?

That's the default mailbox name being spoken because a custom name hasn't been recorded. Just record a name for that mailbox.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

I'm not sure where to change the hunt group name in the company directory. Is that on the hunt group voicemail? I tried that and it said nothing to approve when recording a new message.

Copy the MC00.wav from the VM/WAVS/US folder to the VM/Greetings folder and rename it equal to the huntgroup name.
Then only a "beep" is played, alternetavely you can use 905.wav (short silence) or svm_20.wav (You're being transferred) as the group greeting.
