Hi,

Just a simple question. In VM Pro 3.2, in which folder are the personal greetings stored? (I have an extension which recorded a wrong greeting, and I cannot seem to be able to record over it or delete it).

Thanks

C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\Greetings

For Greetings

C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\Names

For Names

Thanks

Sounds like the vmail is confused and cant link up to the correct users box, usually caused by a name change. Restart the vmail service and it should re-align itself unless there is something else wrong.

BTW, they are stored in the VM/greetings/ directory. The greeting should be labeled the same as the users name:

user_1.wav
