Visual Studio Net Installation Problem

Hi,

Can't get Visual Studio Net to install.... It fails during the component install... It tries to install the .NET Framework but refuses to by the error message: "Program too big to fit in memory".

.... I thought it might be because I only had 128 MB of RAM when the requirements were 160, so I upgrade to 384 MB and it still doesn't work!

please help!
