What is the best way to keep your entire network virus free? I am running 2000 Server and XP pro workstations.

I thought about mapping all drives to one machine and scanning them that way but I am sure there is a better, more efficient way. Besides there are to many computers to map to.

The best way is to unplug all systems from the network and remove all removable storage devices as well as disable all external ports on the systems.

Beyond that, install a good antivirus system and keep it updated daily.

In the real world, if you connect to the Internet and/or allow users to have access to floppies/CD's/USB disks etc., there's no way to guarantee a virus free network.
