video conferencing with isdn 30

Hi ,

I am setting up video conferencing on a Csi.( I am in the UK) I am using isdn 30. But when i plug the cable from my ds1 into the video conference unit it doesnt work. i cannot bring my trunk group in service it stays out of service , i have busied and released and reset board etc. has anyone setup video conferencing using isdn 30 before if so could you show me the setup of the trunk group and ds1 etc.(uk setup)

Not sure this applies but have you tried a DS1 crossover cable. I am in the US and whenever i connect system to system it needs to be a crossover cable. Do you see any activity or lights on eihter end.
