version question - office professional 2007

My neice just bought a copy of Microsoft Office Professional 2007 on the internet, but the package does not say "en-us". It says "English Intl-not to us cd". Does this mean it's not a US version? If this is an international version, will it work on a US computer or does she need to send it back?

It will run anywhere in the world. Hopefully it is a legal copy. There should be a 25 digit Product Key, most likely inside the CD case. Probably a sticker.
