vb script for inventory image to print/email?

(MAS 3.71) Is it possible to write a vb script to print and/or email the image of inventory item. They have put in the path to the image under inv maint., options in the image field but this only allows one to view the picture. I am trying to figure out a solution to print and email it without custom modifications.
