VB 6 Pro install problem..detected conflicting ver of visual studio 6

I'm installing vb 6 pro and I'm getting a message when installing. Does anyone know what it might be? Thank you!

Installation Wizard for visual Basic 6.0 Professional Edition

The installation Wizard has detected a potential conflicting version of a visual studio 6 product on
your machine. One or both may not work after installing this product. The read me topic "Side by Side
Product Installations" describes the supported combinations.

Do you want to continue, yes or no.

The pc is windows xp sp2, with office 2007.

Are you installing only VB6 or Visual Studio and/or is either of these already installed.

Keep in mind that VB6 should also have Service Pack 6 (at least for the version I use).

I'm only installing Visual Basic 6 Professional (from the cd). I don't think vb or visual studio is installed. I do know this pc is xp pro sp2 and has office 2007. I'm wodering if it's getting tied up with that?

Does a global search for 'vb6.exe' under Explorer turn up anything?

No, vb6.exe is not on my computer.

Do you see any references to visual studio in registry?

I didn't look for that in the registry. I was hoping that Microsoft had this documented somewhere or maybe others have had the same problem.
