Vaild Email address

Hi all,
I Have a database of 12lac email address.
These are email addresses of our clients to whom we sent daily feedbacks.
Now the question
when we sent emails for some reasons,
mail box full or domain not found, it bounces the mails,
i need a process where i have to check the authencity of the email address.
Can anay one please tell me about this
