My site uses Open VMS and runs procomm 4.8 on windows XP terminals for VT100 emulation. I am wondering if anybody knows how to from a program running on an Alpha/VMS turn print capture on and off in procomm which should then cause the PC's local printer to print the captured session.
Most gratefull

You could use dedicated print to do this. Your system would need to send the correct escape sequence prior to the text you want to print, followed by the proper sequence to turn off dedicated print. For VT100, according to a quick Google search, the escape sequence to turn on dedicated print is ^[[5i and ^[[4i turns it off.
