using winspam to default magix processor

can someone please tell me exactly how to do this-I only know how to use hyperterminal to default mlm's

to default a magix processor...go into standard spm

maintenance
slot
00
enter
demand test
hit F3 twice fast (even though there is nothing there)
it will say full default erase yes or no
select yes

they say you are supposed to do this 3 times.
