Using MS Chart Control in ASP

I am using MS Chart control in ASP.I have registered it in the Web server.My asp page is running fine on the machines where this control is registered,but it does'nt work where this control is not registred.
What is the way by which I can refer the control from the client m/c also,or is there any other way to do it.
