Hi guys.
I got an interesting request from a customer. He ha an USB device that give his notebook Internet using the cell phone towers.
He wants to know if there was a way to setup an IP phone using that connection.
I tried today to connect my own cell-data card, I installed a software vpn and connected to my office. The vpn is working correctly, until I try to share it so my rj45 network card can use it for me to plug the IP phone in.
I read somewhere that some ip phones have vpn clients integrated, I guess that could be a solution (anyone had success with those?)
Another option would be the software IP phone, but I get a licensing error, probably because I need a specific keycode...
The customer would prefer a physical phone over a software phone.
Thanks for any input you can provide on this !
