Which table are users maintained in ACCPAC? I need to view any changes done to a user profile.My database is Oracle 9i

Are you sure you deleted the _P.ISM files for the first two users?

we did it for one of the users and it didn't work are we suppose delete all _P.ISM files?

No, just the one for that user/companyID combination.

Your next step is to get up to date on your service packs.

Just Delete the old user who can't print the reports and re-create them , giving them the same user rights , you should come fine.

Hey I know this is accpac forum but I dont know what other forum to go to but we're looking around for different types of accounting software. Does anyone know where to go or advice on a particular software that lets the user have cost centers and departmentals?
