We are a small business using accpac the two original users can not printing information from one company and new user was added and he can print all. Why can't the original users print this certain company's informatio?
The thing is they were able to print at one point. Then from one day to the next they weren't able to print anymore and it's only transactional listings from this certain company.
What do you mean by can't print? Do they get the report icons but get an error when they run the report? Or are they able to run the reports but they only show on the screen?
As they go to print this particular company's transactional listing an error window pops up saying the following, "Sage Accpac UI Container has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience". One may click on a link they have provided on that window and it goes to something stating the following, "AppName:a4wcontainexp.exe ModVer.7.0.2600.5512 and there's more information on that window but I'm not sure if you need that because it's model number and our information.
