Users not seeing graphs

I have created a report that displays data and then a bar graph at the bottom of the report. I can see the graph, as well as a few other users. (displays as a custom report accessed through our ERP system)

But, others can't display the graph when viewing the report. No error, just blank.

Is there something that I need to load on these users' computers to allow them to display the graph?

Hi - do you have any more information as to how the report is being run? For instance is the ERP running the report via Business Objects Enterprise or Crystal Reports Server? Which viewer is being used eg HTML? Is it all users or just a selection? With the HTML viewer I don't believe anything else needs to be loaded IMHO.
