Hello All. First ever thread so please be kind.

We have an old wooden operators console connected to the MX1 system we run. Part number 2/DGF 220 01/1

It's use upto now has been simply to monitor alarms. However we now need to know use it to invoke different call lists depending on various scenarios.

We know what we want to do and how to do it but the symbols on the console itself are totally throwing us.

For instance can make calls but we cannot (for instance) get it to accept/recognise * or #.

I suspect it's something totally simple so what we relly could do with is a user guide for the console.

I hve looked on-line but couldn't find one anywhere. Does anyone know where we can find a users guide for this?

Many thanks,

Lonny.

Hi,
you can find a "DIRECTIONS FOR USE 23/1553-APD 101 02 Uen J4" in the old ALEX documentation for TSW.
"basic exchange" -> "Direction for Use" -> "PBX operator console"

best regards,
Norbert
