Urgent !!! Submit under Netscape 4.72

Hi,
i've a problem using submit under Netscape 4.72.
Using one "Input type" object, when i press Enter key the submit go well, but, using more than one "Input type" the submit is ignored !!!
When i press the Enter key, no action in invoched.
The code below illustrates my problem.
Can you help me ?
