Urgent help needed for CE scheduling and instance

I schedule a report to run daily in CE 8.5. System date is embedded in report title.

However, when I review the archieved history reports, the date in the report title all show today's date (06/19/03) instead of the history dates.

Once each instance completes and saved, should the data remains unchanged? including the embedded dates.

What are you using in your report title for the date?

You said system date... Are you using one of the special fields or a function?

If you are using the Special Field "Print Date" in your Report Title, you will always see the time the reprt was opened for viewing. It sounds like you want the Special Field "Data Date", which will show you the date the last time the report data was refreshed.

The answer to your question "Once each instance completes and saved, should the data remains unchanged? including the embedded dates." is Yes when they are viewing that instance through CE.

I suspect what you mean to say is that you use the currentdate function in the title, instead of the printdate or datadate.

I'd change it to datadate.
