Hey,

I am planning on taking a IP500 v1 from a Release 4 to Release 7. Have any of you guys done this, and has it created ghosts in the programming? When switching from a 400 to 500 switch in the past, we have had some trouble and wound up having to recreate the whole config. While it would be much more convenient to just upgrade, I don't want to cut over and then have errors and have to reprogram the whole thing. I am hoping that having it on the same box will keep it from having any problems, but just wanted to double check and see what you have experienced.

Thanks,
Josh
