upgrade from 6.0.14

not possible
reason being that you do not have 7.0.8 as r7 is not out yet.
You are saying 6.0.14 which is the processor release and then 7.0.8 which is actually an expansion release and means 5.0.8 for the processor.
having said that you should be extremely careful upgrading anything because I just guess that your experience with IPO is limited and you want to make sure you read the Tech Bulletins for the release you want to upgrade to first as there is the information how to upgrade it (upgrade path) otherwise you temporarily brick the box and need to DTE erase it.
