Update field in Access Form

I have an Access form and I need to fill in a field based on the selection from another field. My table is called tblDocs and I have two columns 1 for Document Number and 1 for Title. On selection of a document number I need it to fill in the Title field. The two fields have to be separate for the report required. Can anyone help?
