Hi,
My question is do I have to configure a UNIX agent in agent.cfg file with the actual root password?
If somebody has an idea could you please post a sample of agent.cfg file. My job on backup server is configured to run as root but with the different password, not the same as actual root password on Unix machine. It used to run but now it stopped.
I have been straggling with my unix agent to get backups. When i create a new job i see the unix machine in a selection list, i also can select a file to backup. But the job always fails with a message "unable to attach to servername/root"
Please respond,
Thank you.
