Unity Connection Directory Handler

We are running Unity Connection version 8.6.2ES25.21900-25 here. We just recently converted one of our off-sites from Avaya to Cisco, and on their Avaya system they had an option where callers could dial a number and ask for the person's name/extension and leave a vm. And they want to know if we can do it in Unity Connection. I know we can create a Directory Handler, but can we create one for just that group of users and not the whole enterprise?

you can create a directory handler that includes only certain users. You can add the users manually after you create one.
