Uninstalling Office 2k3 back to 2k

Well, someone in the office got out to the network( a public folder) and updated their full Office from 2k to 2k3. Now of course they want it back to 2k. Can this be done or will they just have to suck it up and deal with it?

Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs and remove 2003 and install 2000. Should lock the machines down so they can't install any programs and take access away to the folder for everyone.

too bad I dont make security policies, i just gotta clena up their mess....
I uninstalled 2k3 and re isntalled 2k, didnt lose a thing.
